What does a low cervical position indicate? - cervical position before period starts

My time here has been modified on 12th March, I hope that around 12 April, which is off course a few possibilities.

I have reports March 28-29, and each time was very uncomfortable. We have tried to do something else, what we do, every time, but I touched my neck. That's happened before. Your obviously in an inferior position.

What does this mean? We do not use all of British Columbia and does not prevent pregnancy (of course:)
