How can I make my legs not sore? - quad or groin
I have a session of strength training on lower body Friday morning, I just attended a lacrosse tournament all day, and we played five games. My legs are absolutely killing me. My quads, groin, buttocks, thighs, calves, hip flexors, which are all very painful. It hurts to climb stairs, Metro in general.
Who knows how I can make this stop or heal faster?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
